3 healthy lifestyle rules that are no longer mandatory

Scientific research in recent years suggests that these rules are already outdated and do not require mandatory observance.
Rule one: a mandatory hearty breakfast. Breakfast is useful, but in reality, the body's physiological need for breakfast is different for everyone. Scientists note that the need for breakfast is determined by a person's individual biorhythms. If hunger awakens only a few hours after getting out of bed, then a person with this feature does not necessarily have to have a hearty breakfast – it is enough to have a light snack. Researchers note that a hearty breakfast is relevant only if a person undergoes serious physical exertion during the day. According to data obtained by scientists from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Hong Kong), in the morning hours, due to the low glucose content, the maximum accumulation of fat deposits occurs, and breakfast nutrients only enhance this process of adipose tissue growth.
Rule three: drink from 2 liters of water per day. In fact, experts note that the need for fluid for each person is individual. The daily fluid intake is calculated according to the formula: 30 ml of fluid for each kilogram of weight. Moreover, the calculation should be carried out based not on the actual weight, but on the normal BMI of a person with growth (body mass index). That is, overweight people do not need to drink more water. Most experts today agree that in healthy people, the body effectively regulates its need for water, and the signal for drinking water is the feeling of thirst. The need for fluid intake depends on many factors: age, weight, level of activity, air temperature.
