What could be better than going out with family or friends to nature, where you can grill aromatic barbecue. However, you need to know some cooking rules in order to surprise the whole company with a really tasty dish.

Marinade

There are many marinade recipes. It all depends on the meat.

If you want to make the main product softer and more tender, you should cook it on the basis of alcohol. If everyone likes a crispy, appetizing crust on meat, then it is better to make a starch-based marinade.

As cooks note, vinegar should not be added to the marinade. This will be a mistake. It is advisable to use lemon juice or kvass instead.

You can add honey to the marinade to make the treat more appetizing.

Meat

If it was decided to make barbecue from beef, it is better to choose only the neck in the store, the rest of the meat will be too tough.

It is better to bake pieces of meat with onions. This way, the barbecue will be as tender and aromatic as possible.

Barbeque

It should be filled with coal by 1/3. The distance from the meat to the firewood should be no more than 12 cm, otherwise the dish will not turn out juicy.
