Dark chocolate. Its truly useful ingredient, theobromine, helps reduce blood pressure. However, provided that the dosage is at least 1 gram per day. To do this, you will have to eat a bar – 100 grams of chocolate. On such a “diet” weight gain is almost guaranteed.
