A gastroenterologist reported on what a proper healthy breakfast should be. She added that the morning meal should be perfect if the goal is to lose weight.
As the doctor said, the first meal is extremely important precisely because it determines how effectively you will cope with fatigue during the day. The quality of sleep also depends on breakfast.
– If you don't eat in the morning, you can then fall into the trap of “night eating”, – the specialist warned. – If you limit yourself in food and forcibly tear yourself away from the refrigerator, you can spend a sleepless night.
