A nutritionist named the best oil against heart disease

It is common knowledge that some cooking oils, such as olive oil and avocado oil are more useful for cooking than the usual sunflower oil. However, few people know who tops the list of beneficial oils, especially for the cardiovascular system.

Soybean oil has been shown to promote cardiovascular health and lower cholesterol. A group of researchers in the field of nutrition from Pennsylvania State University and Texas Tech University conducted a study and found that in 80% of countries, twice as many cases of coronary heart disease were caused by insufficient levels of polyunsaturated omega-6 fats (which are exactly what are found in soybean oil ).

The results of the study showed that soybean oil does not affect biomarkers of the inflammatory process and does not increase oxidative stress, and also helps to reduce the level of cholesterol in the body.
