Ingredients:
500 g liver
500 ml milk
5 eggs< br> 5 onions
1 glass of flour
salt, pepper
2 tbsp. l. oil
Spread:
2 large onions
2 large carrots
300 g of mayonnaise
2 cloves of garlic
dill, parsley to taste< /p>
Preparation:
Wash the liver, clean it from all the films and twist it in a meat grinder with onions. Then add eggs, salt, pepper and oil and mix well. After that, pour in the flour and pour in the milk.
Stir and set aside for 20 minutes. Bake the pancakes on a heated, oiled pan.
Meanwhile, prepare the spread. Fry onions and carrots and mix with mayonnaise, garlic and greens. Beat with a blender until smooth and grease the cakes, folding them into a cake.
Put the cake in the refrigerator to set and you can cut and taste. Delicious!
