A sensitive topic: how to get rid of bad breath

Bad breath doesn't just come from eating garlic or onions. It can be caused by bacteria, illness, a cold, or gastrointestinal problems. Here are some life hacks to make your breath fresh and pleasant.
1. Do yoga
You will need breathing exercises that help remove all excess from the nasopharynx.
2. Drink a soda
Not a carbonated drink, but water with soda dissolved in it (half a teaspoon per 200-gram glass).
3. Sleep properly
Sleeping with your mouth open or snoring reduces saliva production and interferes with healthy breathing. If you have such problems, it is better to sleep on your side or stomach than on your back. Heavy breathing in the morning can be a sign of sleep apnea (temporary cessation of breathing), and then you should consult a doctor.
4. Drink aloe juice
It helps remove food debris from between the teeth and stimulates saliva production.
5. Quit smoking
Smoking helps bacteria in the mouth to multiply, which contributes to bad breath.
6. Drink more
If the body does not have enough water, it produces less saliva, which makes breathing unpleasant.
7. Drink red wine
It helps reduce the number of bacteria in the mouth. Just don't get carried away!
8. Eat an apple
Fruits help freshen breath, and vitamin C kills germs.
9. Chew gum
This is probably the most common way to freshen your breath and remove debris, including crumbs and bacteria, from your mouth.
10. Drink tea
Replace your afternoon coffee with black or green tea. The polyphenols in both will help freshen your breath.
