A simple recipe for a fragrant carrot cake

Cooking a cupcake is much easier than it seems at first glance: you just you need to find a good recipe and prepare all the ingredients.

What products will we need:

  • 3 medium carrots;
  • 10 tablespoons of flour;
  • >

  • 1 tablespoon of orange peel;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 8 tablespoons of sugar;
  • raisins as you wish;
  • < li>2 teaspoons of baking powder;

  • a tablespoon of honey;
  • 100 g of butter;
  • half a teaspoon of nutmeg;
  • a tablespoon of vanilla sugar.

How to cook:

Despite the large list of ingredients, preparing a cupcake is not that difficult. First, grate carrots and peel. Add baking powder and nutmeg to the flour and sift through a sieve. Grind the butter and sugar thoroughly.

We beat the chicken eggs separately and mix them with the “sugar” butter.

Then we pour in a couple of spoons of olive oil, honey, zest and, if desired, raisins. Mix until smooth. In the meantime, combine the flour with the carrots.

We combine our two masses and mix.

We choose the form in which we will bake the cupcake and pour the dough.

< p>You can decorate the top with chopped nuts or sesame seeds. Bake for half an hour in the oven at 180 degrees, then open the door and let the cake breathe for another 10 minutes. When it cools down, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
