What ingredients need to be prepared
To prepare, you will need:
- fat – 1 kg ;
- garlic – 5 cloves;
- water – 1 l;
- salt – 1 tablespoon;
- spices for salting lard;
- allspice – 6 pcs. ;
- bay leaves – 4 pcs.
How to cook at home
Work begins with cleaning the skin of lard . Then it is cut into arbitrary pieces at your discretion. Spices, lard are added to a pot of water and brought to a boil, after which it is boiled for 5 minutes. Next, we add garlic to the pan. Remove from the stove and wait for complete cooling.
The finished lard is transferred to the refrigerator, where it should stay for 12 hours. The most delicious, homemade and fragrant – that's how it turns out. Try a sandwich with it now. You definitely won't buy such a delicacy in a store.
