A way to avoid boredom during sexual intercourse has been named

To avoid boredom in sex, partners need to be honest with each other and open to experiments, says psychologist Kate Moyle.

In long-term relationships, sex often becomes routine, so partners can get bored, Moyle believes. At the same time, it is quite easy to liven up your intimate life if you want. According to the psychologist, the best place to start is by learning new positions, techniques, and anything else you'd like to try in the bedroom.

Moyle advised partners to decide what they want to try and improve in sex, and then openly express and discuss their needs and feelings. They shouldn't criticize or blame each other. In the conversation, the specialist advised using phrases like: “I really like what we're doing in bed. But could we try faster movements?” or “You're so good at massage, could we try it on other parts of the body?”

Partners need to find compromises that suit both of them, but each of them should have the right to openly and without fear of judgment refuse experiments if they are unacceptable to them, Moyle emphasized.
