It is these clots that cause thrombosis. Doctors claim that physical activity is a good help in preventing the disease. It solves two problems at once – stagnation, which occurs with low mobility, and also prevents the formation of excess weight.
Dietitians recommend eating fish, vegetables, olive oil and products with vitamin E to prevent thrombosis. And the amount of sugar, pastries and other sources of fast carbohydrates consumed should be reduced.
