Avocado and egg appetizer

A simple recipe to prepare, but nevertheless it is a recipe that deserves special attention and presentation, simply because it is very tasty! This appetizer is prepared in a matter of minutes and will decorate any table, and most importantly, it is very healthy and satisfying.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- a pinch of salt
- ground black pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Peel the avocado and mash the pulp with a fork;
- Sprinkle with lemon juice;
- Grate the eggs on a fine grater and add to the avocado;
- Add salt and pepper to your taste and mix everything;
- Spread this mixture on a crispy fresh baguette, garnish with herbs, fresh cucumber or sprinkle with seeds.
