Classic recipe for delicious Mimosa salad

Ingredients:
2 potatoes
1 carrot
1 can of sardines or tuna in oil (drain the oil)
1 onion (salt, sugar, vinegar)
2 processed cheeses
2 eggs
350 g mayonnaise

Preparation:
Boil the potatoes, carrots, eggs and grate them on a fine grater. Cut the onion into small cubes and marinate, if desired, by mixing vinegar, salt and sugar. Grate the processed cheeses on a coarse grater.

Drain the oil from the canned fish and thoroughly mash the fish with a fork. Take a dish and lay out the prepared ingredients in layers, smearing each layer with mayonnaise.

First, lay out the potatoes, then the canned food, onions, processed cheese, carrots, and the last layer – eggs. You can decorate the salad with olives or pomegranate seeds and herbs on top. Enjoy!
