- water – 300 ml;
- milk – 300 ml;
- butter;
- sugar, salt.
How to cook
Wash the groats thoroughly. Bring the water to a boil and pour it in. Do not make a big fire. Groats should be cooked over low heat for 5 minutes. All the water should be absorbed by the cereal.
When the first stage of cooking is brought to a logical conclusion, it is time to pour hot milk. Also bring the porridge to a boil, then continue to cook for 20 minutes. It is not necessary to cover with a lid.
Porridge likes butter. At the end, add butter to the porridge. You also need sugar and salt. After removing, the porridge should be infused for 15 minutes. Delicious!
