Doctors talked about the ability of strawberries to reduce the risk of esophageal cancer

Regularly including strawberries in your diet helps reduce the risk of esophageal cancer. These conclusions were made by scientists from the USA, representing Ohio State University.

The study was conducted in several provinces of China, and its participants were people with esophageal tumors that had not yet transformed into malignant ones. On a daily basis, the subjects added strawberry powder, similar in composition to the berry, to their diet. As a result, it turned out that out of 36 people involved in the experiment, which lasted for six months, more than half, while consuming strawberry concentrate, experienced that their tumors shrank and began to be classified by doctors as less dangerous.

Although strawberries are not able to defeat cancer if it has already been diagnosed, the berry is a good preventive measure. It will be especially effective if combined with drugs that counteract the activity of cancer cells.
