Poinsettia shedding leaves after flowering is a normal phenomenon. It is one of those plants that regularly sheds its leaves. Yes, it is deciduous. After that, it goes to its well-deserved rest. And it is at this moment that most people think that the end has come.
After shedding its leaves, the poinsettia should be moved to a window sill in its pot. The place should be cool and bright. Watering should be drastically reduced.
