Even rude people are far from it. Psychologists have named the worst type of leader

A new study has shown that employees suffer more from bosses who constantly change their behavior from good to bad than from those who are constantly rude.
It turned out that even temporary acts of kindness from a manager cannot compensate for the negative impact of periods of rudeness. Moreover, such unpredictable behavior can even make things worse, causing employees to feel anxious and insecure.
The study also found that a leader’s erratic behavior can spread throughout the organization, eroding trust and reducing performance.
The researchers recommend that organizations pay more attention to the problem of unpredictable leadership and take steps to prevent and correct such behavior. This could include training leaders in anger management and emotional intelligence skills, as well as creating a support system for employees who encounter unstable bosses.
This study is important for understanding how leader behavior affects the work environment and employee productivity. It highlights the need to create more stable and predictable work conditions.
