Peeling potatoes is a rather unattractive pastime. It is especially tiring to peel the tubers when there is a big family holiday and more potatoes need to be peeled than usual. In addition, after spending half an hour over a bucket of potatoes, your fingers are sure to turn brown, which is quite problematic to wash off. However, enterprising housewives have found a way out of this situation.

If you don't have much time and need to peel a whole pot of potatoes, you can use a dishwasher, which will easily remove the skin from young tubers.
Be careful: first, make sure that there is no detergent in the dishwasher dispensers.
Then place the potatoes on the top shelf of the dishwasher in one layer and set the “rinse only” mode.
If you need to peel small fruits, place them in a net and then send them to the dishwasher compartment.
You can wash pumpkins, zucchini, apples, pears and other vegetables and fruits in the same way.
