Sweet soft drinks, sports drinks, energy drinks.They taste good, but they are high in sugar and have no nutrients. As a result, after drinking them, your blood sugar and energy levels first rise sharply, and then quickly and sharply drop. Instead of these drinks, it is better to drink water, tea or seltzer water with lemon or lime.
Baking Cookies, pastries, cakes, donuts contain a lot of sugar, salt, refined grains and saturated fats that clog the arteries. All of these foods can cause inflammation, which makes it difficult to lose weight and much easier to gain weight.
Meat: sausage, bacon, hot dogs. Such meat is rich in saturated fats: usually nitrates. These substances clog the arteries and lead to inflammation. Instead of meat, choose fatty fish such as salmon and herring.
