Four symptoms that indicate very high blood pressure

If symptoms of hypertension become noticeable, it may mean that the blood pressure has reached very high parameters.

Elevated pressure reflects the significant force with which the blood presses on the walls of the arteries. Over time, this pressure leads to the fact that the vascular tissue hardens due to constant tension, loses its elasticity and ability to stretch, which is why the blood arteries narrow. As a result, less blood passes through them: this change precedes heart diseases.

Constantly elevated pressure means that a person has hypertension, which can develop for a long time in the absence of noticeable symptoms. However, if your blood pressure reaches dangerously high levels, symptoms may finally appear.

Experts have listed the symptoms that indicate very high blood pressure:

  • headache,
  • dizziness,
  • blurred vision,
  • feels like a louder heartbeat, which can also feel like a pulsation inside the ear.

Having noticed these signs, it makes sense to check blood pressure and, if necessary, seek medical help. It is especially important to do this if there is a hereditary predisposition to diseases of the cardiovascular sphere.
