Fried cheese: how to prepare a delicious Czech national dish in the kitchen

Details

Use varieties such as edam, gouda, or even Russian or Poshekhonsky, which are on the shelf in the nearest supermarket.

In order to prepare a meal for the whole family, you will need 1 kilogram of the product. Of course, all ingredients can be reduced depending on the volume of the portion.

Cut the cheese into slices measuring 10 by 10 centimeters. The thickness should be approximately equal to 1 centimeter.

For breading, you will need 3 eggs and breadcrumbs. First, each piece should be dipped in egg, then in breadcrumbs, again in egg and again in breadcrumbs.

After that, put the cheese in the refrigerator for an hour. Excess preparations can be frozen.

The final stage is deep-frying. It should be fried on both sides for a little more than 2-3 minutes.

You can determine the readiness of the dish by piercing it with a fork – the finished product should be very soft. It is recommended to serve this snack with mayonnaise sauce.
