Your favorite regular cast iron frying pan will impress if you take a few simple steps to create a non-stick coating effect. To do this, you only need 2 ingredients.
For this grandmother's method, you only need 1 cup of salt and 3-4 drops of oil.
Heat the frying pan and pour a cup of table salt into it. Fry the salt over low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula.
Then discard the salt, rinse the pan with a soft cloth without detergent and dry it over the fire.
Then grease the pan with a few drops of oil or regular lard, heat it for 3 minutes and repeat the procedure. Finally, wipe the pan with a dry cloth and enjoy.
