The habit of doing several things at once has a negative effect on the body. Fans of eating sweets every day gain excess weight and age. Sugar molecules lead to glycation, destroying bonds in proteins, after which toxins are released that disrupt metabolism. Excess cosmetics also ages the skin prematurely. Household chemicals and detergents, which are used very often, have a negative effect on the body.
