Ingredients
The following products are required for preparation:
- chicken — 1 pc.;
- chicken eggs — 7 pcs.;
- mayonnaise — 4 tbsp.;
- milk — 1 cup.;
- flour — ¾ cup.;
- oil — 3 tbsp.;
- pepper, salt.
How to cook
Mix together milk, flour, oil and 1 raw egg. Knead the dough, let it stand for 15 minutes and bake the pancakes. In total, you will get about 10-15 pancakes.
The remaining 6 chicken eggs need to be boiled. Then cut them, as well as the finished pancakes. For more flavor, a little salt and pepper will not hurt.
Let's move on to the chicken. Prepare it, salt it, rub it with pepper. Make cuts under the wings and legs and stuff the filling under the skin. And part of it just into the chicken and secure the hole a little.
The chicken needs to be sent to the oven for 1.5 hours. Temperature 190 degrees. To form a better crust, periodically pour the juice that has been released while the chicken is cooking. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, grease the chicken with mayonnaise. Delicious!
