Prepare the following list of products:
- potatoes – 1 kg;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- oil – to taste ;
- pepper – to taste;
- garlic – 1 clove;
- dill – 3 sprigs.

To get the tastiest baked potatoes, you need to do the following steps:
- Peel the potatoes and cut each potato into four parts. Small tubers can be left uncut.
- Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and bring to a boil. After that, put the potatoes in boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer the finished potatoes into a container and cover with a film. Put in the freezer for two hours. The secret of this method is that moisture does not evaporate. Then it is stored under a brown crust during baking.
- Potatoes should be greased with oil and placed on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of +220 °C.
