If before the milk bought at the market from grandmothers seemed perfect, now such confidence should be weeded out. Unfortunately, there are many unscrupulous sellers selling low-quality dairy products. But it's easy to check it at home.
Details
The water content of milk can be measured with ordinary alcohol. To do this, pour milk and alcohol in a ratio of 1:2 (100 ml of milk to 200 ml of alcohol) into a small bottle or glass jar.
Shake thoroughly for a few minutes and pour into a deep bowl.
< p>If after 3-5 seconds you see flakes, then the milk is not diluted. And if the waiting process is delayed for 20-30 minutes, then the real product is not more than half.
Homemade milk, as a rule, has fat content, so when you buy it at the market, do not be lazy to pour it into your own container. If a thick mark remains on the walls of the can from which it is poured, then the milk is of good quality.
