How to cook a Creole pot with fragrant rice, salami and beans

Ingredients
The following components are required for cooking:
- rice — 300 g;
- chicken fillet — 350 g;
- oil — 3 tbsp.;
- onion — 2 pcs.;
- ham — 100 g;
- garlic — 2 cloves;
- salami — 150 g;
- dark canned beans — 200 g;
- red canned beans — 400 g;
- green onions;
- salt, pepper.
How to cook
Dice the chicken fillet and fry. Add the diced salami, onion and garlic. Fry for another 2 minutes.
Next, add green onions and rice to the frying. Pour in 0.5 l of water. The mass should come to a boil. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Drain the liquid from the canned beans. Add to rice. Adjust the flavor to the desired consistency with salt and ground black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish the finished dish with herbs. Enjoy!
