How to cook cheesecakes in sour cream sauce

Ingredients:
500 g of sour milk cheese
1 egg
70 g of semolina
3 tbsp. sugar
For the sauce:⠀
300 g of sour cream
2-3 tbsp. sugar

Preparation:
Mash all the ingredients for the cheesecakes and mix until smooth. You can use a blender. Put the mass in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. You can prepare it in the evening if you are making it for breakfast.

Form the cheesecakes and fry on both sides over medium heat. Place on a napkin to absorb excess oil. Then place in a baking dish and pour sour cream mixed with sugar. Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Breakfast is ready. Enjoy!
