500 g of minced meat

Chop finely grate or twist the cabbage and onion, add the eggs, garlic, salt, and spices to the minced meat. Mix everything thoroughly. Form cutlets and put them on a pan heated with oil to fry on both sides until half done. After that, put the cutlets in a baking dish.
