How to cook delicious pork neck stuffed with mushrooms

Ingredients:
1.5 kg of neck
2 tsp. French mustard
5 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. l. without a slide of salt
300 g of mushrooms
1 onion

Preparation:
Wash and dry the meat, make cuts in it, not reaching the edges. From the central cut, make a cut to the side to form a large pocket.
Mix the squeezed garlic, add mustard, pepper and salt. Grease the meat with this mixture. Wrap in cling film or foil and refrigerate for 1 day.
Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry together with finely chopped onion until golden brown.
Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 1 hour. Then change the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for another 45 minutes. Enjoy!
