How to cook red curl sauce-sweet and sweet taste

Ingredients

you will need the following components:

  • Turks – 1 kg;
  • water – 75 ml;
  • sugar – 1 glass; ½ tsp;
  • cinnamon – ½ tsp;
  • ginger – ½ tsp;
  • Salt – 1 tsp;
  • carnation – 1/3 tsp;
  • pepper – 1 tsp.

How to cook

rinse, fill with water and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat until tender, but do not boil. The berries should change the color and then rub them through a sieve. Add all the spices provided. Cook for 30 minutes. The finished sauce should be strained. Adjust the taste of spices as you wish if you want a pronounced feeling of some component.

transfer to a clean jar and cool. You can store in the refrigerator. Delicious!
