How to cook spicy and very aromatic oil

Ingredients
The following products are needed for preparation:
- butter — 200 g;
- dill and parsley – 170 g;
- bell pepper – 150 g;
- French mustard – 1.5 tsp;
- salt, pepper;
- onion or garlic.
How to cook
Wash and chop greens. Cut bell pepper into cubes. The cooking oil should be at room temperature to mix well with the ingredients.
The oil should be mixed with mustard, ground black pepper, bell pepper and herbs. Add salt. If there is a desire, you can add onion or garlic, basil or other aromatic ingredients.
The oil is ready. Can be transferred to jars and stored in the refrigerator. The expiration date is up to a week. As an option, the butter is rolled into a sausage in cling film and sent to the freezer. Then finely cut for serving.
