We are sharing an extremely simple recipe for a delicious “Tiramisu” cake. Try making it, you will like it. The pastry turns out very airy, it melts in your mouth.
Preparation
Ingredients:
300 g mascarpone
250 g flour
120 g sugar
3 eggs
50 ml oil
15 g baking powder
15 g cocoa
20 g brewed espresso
1 tsp. instant coffee
Preparation:
Mix the mascarpone with sugar, add eggs, oil, flour and mix well. Divide the dough into 3 parts:
Leave one part plain. Add cocoa to the second. And add instant and brewed coffee to the third part. Grease a baking dish with oil, you can line it with parchment.
Pour the first layer into the dish with cocoa, the second with coffee, and the third with plain. Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
