Ingredients
For a warm dessert, you need the following ingredients:
- bananas — 5 pcs.;
- flour — 6 tbsp.;
- milk — 100 ml.;
- sugar — 1 tbsp.;
- egg — 1 pc.;
- baking soda — 0.5 tsp.;
- oil.
How to cook
Cut the bananas into slices. Just not thinly, because it's delicious when the banana is cut into 2 cm slices. It will be much better this way.
Milk, flour, sugar, egg, and slaked soda need to be beaten together. This will be the batter. Dip the bananas in it, and then fry them in a well-heated frying pan with oil.
You can sprinkle a little powdered sugar for decoration, but this is not mandatory. Enjoy!
