How to make delicious pasta bolognese: two recipes

Among the dishes of Italian cuisine, pasta Bolognese is particularly popular. It is usually prepared with spaghetti, adding an integral element – a special sauce/gravy, which is easy to prepare at home.
The classic recipe for this type of pasta should contain vegetables, meat and, in fact, spaghetti. The meat part is most often minced meat, especially beef or mixed with pork. Knowing the technology for preparing such pasta, you will not need to go to restaurants to enjoy its taste, because you can easily prepare the dish in your own kitchen.
1. Pasta Bolognese:
Ingredients:
- 500 g spaghetti,
- 500 g minced meat,
- 500 ml beef broth,
- two tablespoons of olive oil,
- two cloves of garlic,
- onion,
- carrot,
- celery stalk,
- 300 ml of dry red wine,
- a teaspoon of sugar,
- canned tomatoes,
- parsley.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chopped garlic, onion, carrot and celery.
- Simmer over low heat until the vegetables are soft, no more than five minutes.
- Increase the heat, add the meat.
- Stir the ingredients with a wooden spatula, breaking up any lumps.
- Pour in the broth, wine, add the tomatoes, sugar and chopped parsley.
- Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add salt and spices. Before serving, cook the spaghetti, drain the water, serve with the sauce and grated cheese.
Vegetarian spaghetti Bolognese:
Ingredients:
- 200 g spaghetti,
- tomato sauce,
- 100 g tofu,
- 50 g mushrooms,
- eggplant,
- 50 ml dry red wine,
- carrot,
- half a zucchini,
- onion,
- garlic,
- olive oil,
- a teaspoon of oregano and rosemary,
- fresh ,
- salt.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Chop the onion, two or three cloves of garlic, fry until golden brown.
- Chop the mushrooms and tofu, add to the pan, pour in the wine, salt and pepper.
- Chop the zucchini and eggplant, grate the carrots. Add the vegetables to the pan and mix well.
- Cook for up to 15 minutes to soften the vegetables.
- Add the tomato sauce and spices, cook for about 5 minutes.
- If the sauce is too thick, dilute it with a little wine or water.
- Cover the pan and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In parallel, boil the spaghetti as indicated on the package. Pour the sauce over the pasta, garnish with fresh basil or other herbs.
