Poached eggs are a popular dish now, served mainly in restaurants. This is due to the fact that preparing such a breakfast at home is quite problematic. This requires a special mold and a lot of patience.

Most often, instead of a tender egg white with a liquid yolk inside, you end up with an unpleasant mass on your plate that tastes more like a soft-boiled egg.
However, there is a way out – try making a poached egg in regular cling film.
To do this, cut a square of cling film and grease it with oil – this is convenient to do with a pastry brush.
Break the egg directly onto the cling film, tie the ends into a knot and send it to boiling water. It takes about five minutes to cook a poached egg in cling film.
And if you don't have cling film in your kitchen, you can replace it with a regular cellophane bag. An egg cooked in this way will not be inferior to dishes prepared by the chef of a famous restaurant.
