- Garlic to taste
Mix the cheese with the egg, add a pinch of salt and chopped herbs. Garlic, by the way, will add piquancy and aroma. If the cheese is very soft, add a little more flour for a better texture. Form the cheesecakes and fry over medium heat until golden brown. To make them less fatty, you can bake them in the oven.
