To do this, put a small saucepan on the gas, which should be filled with water to a height of about two centimeters. Bring the liquid to a boil – bubbling bubbles will appear on its surface, and steam will rise from the pan. When the water reaches this state, remove the pan from the heat and place a metal sieve or colander on it. Put stale bread in it and close this structure with a lid.
