How to make pizza dough on kefir without yeast

Pizza on kefir without yeast is an option for those who do not want to wait for the dough to rise, or simply want to prepare an easier and faster version of a popular dish. This dough is soft, airy and suitable for any fillings.
Ingredients for kefir dough:
- 1 cup of kefir< /li>
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
For the filling:
- 100 g of tomato sauce
- 150 g of cheese ( mozzarella, cheddar or other)
- Ham, mushrooms, vegetables to taste
- Spices: oregano, basil, pepper
In a large bowl, mix kefir , egg, salt and olive oil. Add the baking powder to the flour and gradually add the flour to the liquid mixture. Knead a soft dough. Roll out the dough to the desired thickness and place it on an oiled baking sheet.
Grease the base with tomato sauce, spread your favorite filling and sprinkle with grated cheese. Add spices to taste. Bake the pizza in an oven heated to 200°C for about 15-20 minutes until a golden crust forms.
