How to make quick pancakes with apples

Crispy and fragrant pancakes with apples are a quick breakfast or dessert that will please the whole family. If you want to cook something tasty but quick, this recipe is worth your attention.
Ingredients:
- 2 medium apples
- 1 egg
- 200 ml of kefir
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of soda
- 200 g of flour
- A pinch of salt
- Frying oil
Start by peeling the apples and cutting them into thin slices or grating them on a large grater. Mix the kefir with soda and let it stand for a few minutes to activate the soda. Add the egg, sugar, salt and mix. Then gradually add the flour, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. When the dough is smooth, add the apples.
Heat a frying pan with oil over medium heat. Spoon the dough into small pancakes. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- For greater juiciness, use sweet and sour apple varieties.
- If you want to add spice to the pancakes, try a little cinnamon or vanilla extract.
- Serve with honey, sour cream or your favorite jam – this will make the pancakes even tastier.
