How to prevent the pan from turning black when frying patties
0
Patties are a dish that many people love. However, not all gourmets are ready to take on their preparation often. The fact is that a considerable amount of oil is used when frying patties. Over time, the shade of the product may begin to change: the viscous liquid often turns into black residues.
This indicates that the fat is burning. This phenomenon leads to the appearance of a dark greasy coating and stuck-on food residues on the surface of the pan. In order not to spoil the dishes, it is necessary to prevent the oil from turning black. To do this, it is recommended to use one simple device.
What to put in the oil
Some housewives put potato slices in the pan. But this method is not very effective.
Vegetables do absorb excess fat, but if they are left on the hot pan for a long time, they begin to burn on their own. Therefore, it is better to put a wine cork in the pan.
There is an important nuance: you cannot use a cork made of artificial materials. The bottle cork placed in the oil should be made of wood bark, but in no case should it be made of plastic or other hazardous compounds.
