Details

We draw your attention to the fact that young lilac branches take root best, not mature ones. Therefore, at the end of May, cut young shoots 10-15 cm long, cut off the lower leaves and plant the shoots in pots with a light soil mixture (soil, sand). Do this in the morning, when it is not yet hot.

Obviously moisten the soil well and plant 1-2 sprouts perpendicularly into each pot. Place the containers in the shade, water periodically. When the cuttings take root (and this will be clearly visible from the green fresh leaves), move the pots to the sun. After a few days in the evening, you can plant the lilac in a permanent place. In the future, only water periodically and lightly loosen the soil.

Thanks to such simple work, you can multiply the lilac of the color you like!
