Ficus Benjamin is a rather capricious plant. At a certain point, it grows beautifully, and then the leaves fall off and it loses its appearance. Don't worry about the plant, because it can be reanimated. Florists told how this can be done.
What needs to be done to the ficus
One of the reasons why the ficus began to lose ground lies in the lack of nutrients. Florists note that this is the most common problem. To this you need to add dry air, lack of moisture and light.
Start with sanitary pruning of the crown. Dry branches should be removed and the crown should be given a well-groomed appearance. Next, the plant should be transplanted.
Remove the ficus from the pot. Disassemble the earthen lump, because it has already served its purpose. If there are dead or damaged roots, trim them. Now you can put it in a clean pot, add fresh soil and water it with a warm solution with Trichoderma. The ficus will gain new strength for growth.
To enhance the effect, the plant needs to create moderate greenhouse conditions. Cover the plant with a large bag and leave it for 2 weeks. When new leaves appear, you can remove it. Now the ficus will definitely grow beautifully.
