Soy-honey sauce perfectly complements meat and poultry dishes and gives a great taste.
Ingredients:
- chicken legs – 1 kg
For the sauce:
- 5 tbsp. a spoonful of soy sauce
- 4 tbsp. spoons of ketchup
- 2 tbsp. spoons of honey
- 2 teaspoons of mustard
- 4 cloves of garlic (crushed)
- salt, pepper to taste

- Fry the tern legs lightly in a pan.
- Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients.
- Pour the legs with the sauce.
- Simmer on low heat for ten minutes, not forgetting to turn the meat over.
