Beetroot smoothie recipe

You will need:

  • 150 g. raw beets
  • 1 banana
  • 100 g. strawberries
  • 1 cup of almond milk (unsweetened or can be replaced with water)
  • 1 tbsp. flax seeds (pre-soaked).

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on medium speed.
