1 tsp Sugar
2 tsp French mustard
4-5 cloves of garlic
0.5 tsp black ground pepper
2 tbsp Vinegar
100 ml of oil
3 tsp spices to Korean carrots
0.5 tsp Turmeric
add all spices and oil, mix thoroughly and cover with a food film. Send for pickling and 3-4 hours. Your carrots are ready, serve to the table!
