Especially when the zucchini continues to delight with the harvest. Such a dish turns out to be incredibly tasty, juicy, filling. Zucchini is much more practical and useful than when using sheets of dough.
Ingredients:
- Zucchini 1 large or 2 small
- Mixed minced meat pork+beef (you can take chicken) 500 gr.
- Onion 1 pc
- Carrot 1 pc
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Eggs 3 pc
- Milk 100 ml
- Any hard cheese 200 g
- Ground black pepper and salt to taste
Preparation:
- Fry the minced meat with finely chopped onions and carrots for 20 minutes.
- Add chopped garlic and fry for another 10 minutes.
- Cut the zucchini thin plates/strips. If the skin is rough, it is better to remove it. You also need to remove the seeds
- Beat the eggs with milk
- Grate the cheese on a large grater
- Grease the baking dish with oil. Put a layer of minced meat on the bottom. Next, a layer of zucchini. Salt, pepper. Put a layer of cheese. Again a layer of minced meat and zucchini. Salt, pepper. A layer of cheese. Repeat until the ingredients run out
Zucchini should be the top layer. Pour the egg mixture over the lasagna. And cover with cheese on top - Preheat the oven, set “top-bottom” to 180 degrees. It is important that the cheese is not fried, but nicely melted and slightly baked with the crust.
- Cook for 40 minutes.
