Lasagna, in which zucchini is used instead of the usual sheets of dough

If you like to improvise in the kitchen, the recipe for this dish is just for you.

Especially when the zucchini continues to delight with the harvest. Such a dish turns out to be incredibly tasty, juicy, filling. Zucchini is much more practical and useful than when using sheets of dough.

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini 1 large or 2 small
  • Mixed minced meat pork+beef (you can take chicken) 500 gr.
  • Onion 1 pc
  • Carrot 1 pc
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Eggs 3 pc
  • Milk 100 ml
  • Any hard cheese 200 g
  • Ground black pepper and salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Fry the minced meat with finely chopped onions and carrots for 20 minutes.
  2. Add chopped garlic and fry for another 10 minutes.
  3. Cut the zucchini thin plates/strips. If the skin is rough, it is better to remove it. You also need to remove the seeds
  4. Beat the eggs with milk
  5. Grate the cheese on a large grater
  6. Grease the baking dish with oil. Put a layer of minced meat on the bottom. Next, a layer of zucchini. Salt, pepper. Put a layer of cheese. Again a layer of minced meat and zucchini. Salt, pepper. A layer of cheese. Repeat until the ingredients run out
    Zucchini should be the top layer. Pour the egg mixture over the lasagna. And cover with cheese on top
  7. Preheat the oven, set “top-bottom” to 180 degrees. It is important that the cheese is not fried, but nicely melted and slightly baked with the crust.
  8. Cook for 40 minutes.

Do not cut the finished climbing plant right away, it is better to wait a little until the ingredients are set between by myself Then serve it to the table, taste it and enjoy your skill.
