Named products that provoke the appearance of malignant tumors

Today, oncological diseases rank second among the main causes of premature death. However, despite its sinister reputation, cancer is preventable. This is largely influenced by lifestyle, including eating habits.

Unfortunately, some products that are particularly popular today contain harmful substances that are associated with an increased risk of developing malignant tumors. First of all, they include processed meat products.

According to the WHO, this type of meat includes products that have been subjected to various processing processes to improve the taste or extend the shelf life, for example, salting, canning and smoking. As a result of such processes, carcinogenic compounds appear in the meat, which increase the risk of colon, pancreatic and prostate cancer.

Another enemy of health is refined sugar. According to experts, it is able to increase the level of glucose in the blood, while reducing sensitivity to insulin and stimulating the growth of cancer cells. In particular, a type of refined sugar known as high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) is linked to obesity, cardiovascular disease and colon cancer.

In addition, it is necessary to eliminate from the diet the so-called ” dietary” products. Doctors urge not to succumb to advertising tricks and carefully read the composition of such “healthy” food on the label. Despite claims of zero calories and no sugar, diet drinks, for example, are no different from regular sodas or fruit juices that contain a lot of refined sugar. In addition, due to the presence of aspartame, an artificial sweetener, there is a risk of not only cancer, but also attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

In addition, popcorn should be excluded from the diet, as it causes tumors of the liver and lungs and pancreas; farmed salmon, as it contains a large amount of pesticides and antibiotics; hydrogenated oil because of trans fats, which seriously increase the risk of cardiovascular disease and breast cancer, as well as canned vegetables and mushrooms.
