New study proves the benefits of eggs for the body

Chicken eggs are more beneficial than harmful. This was confirmed by a recent study by scientists.
28 participants in the research, aged 18 to 35, were given eggs to eat. The volunteers were divided into three groups. The first ate 3 whole eggs daily. The second ate three egg whites, and the third, control, group did not eat eggs at all.
The division of the product into two parts – yolks and proteins – is due to the fact that each of these “components” contains its own microelements and vitamins. It is believed that it is the yolk that increases the level of “harmful” cholesterol in the blood, but at the same time it contains copper, calcium, iron, zinc and a whole range of other useful substances, and the protein is rich in magnesium and potassium, which are beneficial for the heart and blood vessels.
Moreover, the amount of these substances is quite large, which allows us to attribute eggs to one of the most useful products. By eating an egg, a person receives a whole mix of multivitamins and minerals, as well as other bioactive components.
Scientists found that the first group of participants increased the amount of many trace elements in the body. Including selenium, lutein, and even vitamins D and B12. In addition, their level of choline increased – a nutrient that is considered “good” cholesterol. It is he who prevents the development of dangerous diseases of the heart and blood vessels.
Both egg white separately and whole eggs also increased the level of isoleucine in the blood – an amino acid that leads to insulin resistance, that is, it can provoke the development of diabetes. However, scientists found that in the first group, which ate whole eggs, this effect was leveled due to the content of another amino acid – glycine, which can minimize this effect.
Whole eggs also had a positive effect on the condition of the blood and immune cells.
Experts concluded that eggs are an absolutely healthy and useful product that every person needs. The only thing to remember is moderation. It is important in any, even the healthiest, diet. An excess of certain substances in the body can be harmful, but if they are in the norm, the negative impact is minimal.
Researchers recommend eating 5-6 eggs per week or one per day.
