Ingredients:
600 g of chicken or turkey fillet
2 large sweet peppers< br> 1 onion
400 g of tomatoes
1 tbsp. l. ground red paprika
pinch of hot pepper
60 ml of sour cream
1 incomplete tbsp. l. flour
salt to taste
1 tsp. sugar
120-150 ml of water
oil for frying
Preparation:

Cut the meat into cubes, salt, sprinkle with ground paprika. Put it to marinate for 10-15 minutes. Finely chop the onion, dice the pepper. Grate or puree the tomatoes with a blender. You can replace the tomatoes with tomato paste.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, fry the meat until golden brown. Transfer it to a plate. Add onion to this pan and fry over low heat, then add pepper. After that, pour in the crushed tomatoes, add sugar and put the meat back in the pan. You can add a little water so that the sauce completely covers the meat.

Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for another 15 minutes. Meanwhile, dissolve the flour in cold water, add cream or sour cream, mix and pour into the meat. Sprinkle with greens, add salt and pepper to taste and cook for a few minutes to thicken the sauce. Delicious!
